[f-nsp] linux 802.3ad bonding with foundry switch

This switch model is "Foundry FirstIron Edge 12GCF".

And according to the customer, they are trying to change "passive" to 
"active"
or adding another parameter such as "key XXX" or "type server",
but it seems that nothing help this problem.

I'm googling and found the following document.

and this said
ESX doesn’t support link-aggregation protocols like LACP so a static 
trunk is a must.

I've heard vmware ESX is much depend on linux kernel,
and I suspect thst this documennt may be appllied to all other linux.
