[f-nsp] BR-MLX-1GFx24-X configured as invalid module

The BR-MLX-1GFx24-ML and BR-MLX-1GFx24-X line cards both show as a
BR-MLX-1GFx24-X in the CLI since the "-D" functionality is a license
instead of actual hardware differences.

This is off a perfectly happy MLXe-8.

rconsole to the card while it's booting up and see what it dumps out
in there.  They usually give you some kind of hint why they drop into
interactive mode.
