[f-nsp] BR-MLX-1GFx24-X configured as invalid module

The BR-MLX-1GFx24-ML and BR-MLX-1GFx24-X line cards both show as a
BR-MLX-1GFx24-X in the CLI since the "-D" functionality is a license
instead of actual hardware differences.
This is off a perfectly happy MLXe-8.
M1 (left): NI-MLX-MR Management Module Active
M2 (right): NI-MLX-MR Management Module Standby (Ready State)

F2: NI-X-HSF Switch Fabric Module Active

rconsole to the card while it's booting up and see what it dumps out
in there. They usually give you some kind of hint why they drop into
interactive mode.
