Hello,

after changing to static cam mode CPU utilization is indeed back to normal.

I was under the impression that dynamic cam mode would save cam memory.
It was surprising that CPU utilization on the line card was that high.
While I thought the used networks would stay in the dynamic CAM and only
being looked up the the CPU once it seems that dynamic CAM mode is
actually not to be recommended on routers with lots of active
destination routes.

CAM partitioning and utilization changed a bit:

#show cam-p u

CAM partitioning profile: multi-service-2

Slot 1 XPP20SP 0:

       :SNet 11: 16(size), 16(free), 00.00%(used)

Do I have to worry about a totally used SNet?
