You should verify what version the "LP IronWare Image (Primary for LP 
Type 0" kept on the mgmt module is, by doing "show flash".  If it's 
not the same revision as "IronWare Image (Primary)" you should tftp 
the correct version in - ask your Brocade rep for a copy of 5.2.00b 
or whatever's on there.  You'll need new FGPA images for sure because 
those changed too between 5.1 and 5.2.

If it *is* the same, try "lp cont-boot sync 1" or "lp boot sys mp pri 1".
You can keep an eye on what's going on by running "rconsole 1" in 
another telnet/ssh session to the MP.
