Thanks to all who answered including private mails.
It was not a problem of wrong module type in configuration etc.
I've downgraded IronWare to 5.2 and now modules are ok:

telnet at NetIron MLX-16 Router#show module
        Module Status Ports Starting MAC
M1 (upper): BR-MLX-MR2-M Management Module Active
M2 (lower):
F1: NI-X-HSF Switch Fabric Module Active
F2: NI-X-HSF Switch Fabric Module Active
F3: NI-X-HSF Switch Fabric Module Active
F4:
S1: NI-MLX-10Gx8-D 8-port 10GbE (D) Module CARD_STATE_UP 8 0024.38a1.c900
S2: NI-MLX-10Gx8-D 8-port 10GbE (D) Module CARD_STATE_UP 8 0024.38a1.c930

I will try upgrading to 5.3 later once more time in order to check whether
it causes that problem.
