Both codes (boot & monitor) are version 3.2 you should upgrade both to 
the needed versions. The files are named feb03500.bin for the boot code 
and fem03500.bin for the monitor code (oldest versions I could find on 
kp). Both files are downloadable directly from the kp, just in case you 
own a support contract for the FES9604s. As far as I know the files are 
not downloadable from the FES9604 itself, but at this point I might be 
wrong.
