[f-nsp] SI-1016-2-SSL-PREM: EXT_LU_ERR / ET_S0_NORV_ERR

Hey everybody--

I have an SIADX 1016-2SSL-PREM running 12400a, and I'm getting the following errors repeatedly:

LC#:1 ET_S0_NORV_ERR asserted more than twice in a minute
LC#:1 EXT_LU_ERR asserted more than twice in a minute

Over and over.  There's no configuration on this thing at all.  No help from the manuals, and I can't find much on Google.  Anyone run into this?  Thoughts?
