[f-nsp] Storm Control for switched ports on MLXe

Hi,

Dear Colleagues,
would be anyone so kind to share best practice of Broadcast Storm Control for 
switched ports on MLXe platform?

At current moment I'm using rate-limiting based on MAC access-lists,
for example:

conf t
access-list 400 permit any ffff.ffff.ffff ffff.ffff.ffff any etype any 
!
int eth 2/2
 no route-only
 rate-limit input access-group 400 122160 16000
!

But with this configuration I cannot apply MAC access group:
# mac access-group CUST1 in
Error:  L2 based ACL based rate limiting is configured on the port.
