I wouldn't hold your breath. Last I was told this is an architecture limitation on the MLX(e) platform.
However, uRPF can be configured on a physical interface and will be processed for each VLAN/VE that traverses that physical interface. 

Caveat: uRPF is disabled on a physical interface IF a VLAN on that interface has a VE that is not in the default VRF.

Yes, you should beat your account reps up about this. :)
