[f-nsp] Rolling Stack Upgrade

I suspect there's no rolling stack upgrade support.  It's been something
I've been asking for on the ICX6610's, too.

Dear Experts,

                 We have Brocade FCX stacks in our DC running 7.2. The plan
is to upgrade them to 7.4x release but without an outage. Is there anything
similar to rolling stack upgrade in Brocade? I believe a similar feature is
there for Cisco switches.
