Yep I was being stupid, got my layer 2 and 3 confused after
too much ipv6 over-thinking.  Someone else cleared it up
with me off-list.  We're okay on the layer 3 side with what
we have upstream from where these would go.

Any particular reasons to look at 6650 over TI24x for layer 2
specifics if we don't need that many ports either way?
