[f-nsp] Loading code on XMR before reload

Just be sure to set the boot variable for the MP and LPs to the new code and write mem.
Since FPGAs don't have primary/secondary, if the box (for whatever reason) happens to reboot, you'll want the software to boot the version that's compatible with the FPGAs you have primed.
