No, Brocade explicitly don't support this on a bunch of their platforms.

Your best bet is to use programmable transceivers which have been coded to
look like Brocade transceivers - this works fine.  Obviously, take care to
get good quality transceivers from reputable companies, because poor
quality units can cause operational problems.
