Seconded.  I have used ServerIrons with WSM4 cards up until very
recently indeed on the grounds that they were the newest cards that
had all features enabled as standard.  The WSM6 with it's optional
"-PREM" license was not a road I was willing to take us down.

Feature licensing also influenced our choice to "optimize" all 
functionality that might require feature-licensing in future 
away from Brocade.
