Fastport-span is useful with 802.1d, it is not needed when using
802.1w, with 802.1w you need to set the access port as being
point-to-point: "spanning-tree 802-1w ethernet x/y admin-edge-port"
All interswitch links should be set to "spanning-tree 802-1w ethernet
x/y admin-pt2pt-mac".
