[f-nsp] NI-XMR-10GX4 linecard doesn't boot.

Hi Carlo,

Just had this issue 2 weeks ago with 5.5 and 5.4. Load the card in interactive mode and load fpga , ,image, boot and monitor from tftp. After that power off/on the card and wait, you can have a look via rconsole what is going on.
