[f-nsp] Showing optical values on FastIron 07.3.00h

Hello,

is there any "hidden" command e.g. on 07.3.00h for printing out optical 
values, when a link is not fully connected?

For example, using the same vendor optic between sites A and B, B shows 
no TX,RX at all.

A:

# show optic 11
