New AD-27 Compact Stereo Center Kit

Greetings.

I have recently acquired a brand new Heathkit Model AD-27 Compact Stereo
Center Kit from 1968, still in its original packaging. This is my very
first Heathkit, and while I have the technical skills to build it, I am
wondering if there is any  value to some of the collectors on this list.

So, what is a brand new Heathkit AD-27 in the original box (Only opened for
the first time today, to get the model numbers) worth, and is it worth
building?
