Any SB-401 Hints available?

I've been tinkering with an SB-401 and pretty much have it going with the
exception of
sort of low output on 20 and 15 meters. Any hints on typical components to
look
for that may have deteriorated over time? I know RF pretty well, but was
temporarily
stumped when I first started tuning this baby up and thought someone had
robbed
the 10 and 15 meter coils from it... They are on the bottom of the tx... The
holes for
tuning the missing (I thought)  slugs are still on the top of the metal
cover.

I have to continually remind myself that there is voltage floating around.
Been playing
with solid state stuff for years and am reverting back to the good ole
times.
