Worth of UNBUILT SB221 Amp

Hello Gang,
I have an amateur friend who has revealed that he has hidden away an unbuilt
SB221 Heath Amplifier.  Purchased while Heath was selling out all its stock
just prior to closure; in the original carton, etc.  I believe he is NOT
going to sell it at this point, but would appreciate knowing its approximate
worth.
Any assistance in the estimation of its worth would be helpful, and I will
pass the info on to him (he is not on the internet).  Thanks.
