SB-104

Looks like I bought a mint SB-104 station with bad output transistors.
Voltage checks according to the manual are inconclusive.  Any sure fire
checks?  Low power reads "1" on all bands, high power reads nothing on the
meter.  Other things to check?  Best source for output transistors if
needed?  Sell as-is?

Recommendations?
