SB-104 help and an offer

OK, I'll probably be sorry, but here goes.

1) Can someone e-mail me the second set of SB-104 bulletins
   which are comprised of #12 thru #21 (I believe)?  I have
   set one, posted a while ago, and just got set three
   yesterday with everyone else.  I must have missed set
   number two.

   I have asked Joseph Lutz <joelutz at JUNO.COM> to e-mail
   them to me, but have received no response.  No doubt the
   path between he and I is not carrying messages reliably.

2) I have copies of the following articles and will mail them
   to those who send $2.00 and a SASE to me at the address
   below.  The $2.00 is actual costs for copying.  The SASE
   makes sure it goes back to the right address.

   These are a "package" and I'll not do just one article.
   You get all four.  The second one on "Refining the SB-104"
   is by far the best and longest at 7 pages.

   Owing to the numerous schematics, these articles are NOT
   suitable for transcription for e-mail (or I would do it).
   You must be able to see the schematics for the articles to
   make sense.

   published in QST, date unknown
