Need pages of SB-500

Hi All:
I am looking for an owner of a SB-500 manual.
I have the manual, but pages 97 - 122 are missing!!
The pages I am in need of are 111 - 122 ie:
Alignment Rec./Tran.(111-114), Operation(121-122
If anyone has these and would make copys, I'll be happy
to pay for the cost of copying, postage and your time!
