Most Acc. Clock & More

I've just joined this reflector and want to ask for help.

I'm looking for two Heathkit items. Perhaps someone has these items
available or can suggest a source.

Here's what I want to obtain:

Heathkit IP-28 Regulated Power Supply
Heathkit GCA-1000-1 RS-232C Output Accessory for GC-1000 Most Accurate
Clock

I believe the GCA-1000-1 kit includes a pre-programmed microprocessor IC
which might also be available as replacement part 444-293-1. I have also
been told this IC was actually P/N 444-200. This programmed IC is really
all that is needed to add this communications feature to the clock.
Suggestions on availability of this IC would be appreciated.
