Need: AR-3 Manual and Case

I just took possession of a working AR-3 BUT I made the mistake of NOT
asking ALL those questions we collectors are supposed to ask, like "Does it
have any extra holes it it?"  I didn't ask and guess what?  THIRTY (30)
holes in the case.  Must be that undocumented ventilation mod.

At least it works.  Luckily I had a correct knob, the rubber grommets for
the pilot bulbs and the 2-lug strip for the antenna/ground to put it back
almost stock (two extra holes remain where the RCA antenna jack was mounted.

1.  Would like a manual (original, copy or one to copy).

2.  Anybody have a unmodified case for sale or trade OR a source for the
case covering?
