Can't Get On

[Ed Mosher]

I received several messages from this guy saying he can't get onto the
list.  Can anyone figure out what's happening?  He says he's addressing
per the listserv@ address, but keeps getting errors and nowhere.  I've
covered the basics, and he seems to be addressing correctly.
