Hw101 Voltages

Heathenites..

A little while back I mentioned a problem with my HW-101 with very low
audio output in the LSB mode, and incredibly low in USB and CW.. So
incredibly low I can't even here a hiss at full volume..  Anyway, after
checking things out..  I notice that pin 6 on the power connector is
supposed to be 12 Volts..   Isn't this supposed to be DC volts?   I'm
reading 13.2 AC volts on this pin?
