XE1-ZVJ Needs some help for a SB-102

Hello and greetings for all.

 I need some help¡¡¡¡. I am not a collector, but I got a SB-102 radio multiband, but after using it  for six months, the radio got burned. It burned a chocke ( number 4541) which is located between the two tubes 6146 (output ones). I've been trying to get one here in Mexico city since then , but not luck so far. 

Any suggestions¡¡¡ Any place to get it?. Have one?

I hope someone can help me.
