HW-5400 service bulletin

   Haven't forgotten the Service Bulletins - just a bit behind with
pc/scanner problems that have me 'hung up' on the HW-8 posting.  Anyway,
here is the HW-5400-13 Bulletin:

                                          Output Signal Distorted

This may be caused by low bias voltage in the PA amplifier circuit.  To
correct, replace the 6.3 V zener diode at D555 on the filter circuit
board with a 6.8 V zener diode [PN 56-637].  Perform this update on an
"as needed" basis.  This change will be made on future production runs.

Hope to get going again soon - may just bypass the 'scanned' schematic
that I wanted to put in the HW-8 and post without [for addition later].
As all can see - I am currently 're-posting' completed bulletins and am
