Repair of SB401

I have a very nice SB401 that I just got  and it is not putting out any
power.  There is no modulation and or grid drive.  I need an accomplished
electronics tech to go thru this thing and brought up to Heath specs.  Would
like to engage a person to do this with proper renumeration or a person who
does this work routinely for others.  Thanx muchly.
