HG-10B VFO on 6 and 2 meters?

The HG-10(B) wasn't made to go with any Heath 6 or 2 meter rigs. The 6
and 2 meter bands were included so you wouldn't have to buy a second VFO
if you bought some other brand of 2 or 6 meter rig, or built your own.
I personally don't think the stability is adequate to use it on 2 meters,
and probably not on 6, given today's much more stringent frequency
stability standards.
