Have for sale Heath Seneca VHF-1.
Cosmetically 9 out of 10.
I broke the ceramic pwr switch but it powered before. Just switch. All tubes
lighted up.    Havent checked for transmitt. No manual.
The rig is complete ie: all knobs,meter, and outside very clean.
