Need SchematicManual for IM-5238 AC VTVM

Hello---

Do any of you have a schematic for the Heath IM-5238 AC
Voltmeter (FET voltmeter)? Or complete manual?

I built this unit MANY years ago for a company which later
closed its audio production facility. The unit traded
many hands and (surprise!) it landed back in my hands.
Alas, the documentation did not fare so well.

It has a funny problem--"Volts" works fine, but "dB" causes
a negative bias on the meter (it pins at the bottom of the
scale). A large enough input signal "breaks it free."

Unfortunately, the circuitry has long since passed from
familiarity to me--any info or ideas?
