Sources for belts

This note may help you and others.
A good place for O rings is at your local electronics parts supply.
They carry belts for VCR/Turntables/tape decks. Some large suppliers
have it on a roll like wire. You glue it with Eastman 910[just a small
drop on the end] Also of you find a belt that is too long cut it with a
knife blade then glue it. I do it all the time.
