Interesting Heath Item

I have just picked up a very interesting Heath item that I have never seen
and know nothing about.  It is the model OI-1154 Clock/Timer for Aircraft
Model CESSNA 172.  Its really cool and looks like it belongs in an airplane.

Does anyone know anything about this?  I have no manual.
