Interesting Heath Item - OI-1154

The Item you are inquiring about is shown in the Spring/Summer 1979 Heath
Catalog pg. 53

Has GMT and Local Time displays one above the other plus trip timers with
alarm. Runs of 14 or 28 VDC. Accuracy less than +/- 1 minute per month. It is
crystal controlled (surprise). Input Current (bright dispaly) is indiated as
0.5A with a standby current of 0.025 A.

By the way it was FAA approved but the builder had to return it to a Heath
secvice center or the factory after construction for inspection and
calibration. By the way the selling price was $139.95

Nice find. Don't imagine there are many that are not attached to a plane. Very
interesting item as Heath was originally a aircraft company.
