BE-3 and IG-102 info.

can anyone tell me the production dates ( WHEN FIRST OFFERED AND LAST
OFFERED BY HEATH ) of the BE-3 battery eliminator and IG-102 RF signal
generator. I've found some little info on the BE-4 and BE-5 but nothing
on these two units. Also, anyone have,  or know of, any source for the
manual/ schematic for the BE-3. Thanks, Bill. 'HEATHS ARE MORE THEN
