New Heath tube tester meter FS

No guarantees on this one as I don't know what model tube tester
it was for. All I can say for sure is this..

Meter is three color BAD ? GOOD
Says TUBE CHECKER and Heathkit in script underneath
Original box is Weston Instruments number 407-13
Meter face has some hazing which was caused by the inside of the
Weston box that it is in.
Full scale is 1 ma.
Got it at a hamfest in 1976. It has sat on the shelf since.
