where to buy de-oxit 5

i am sure this is like beating a dead horse but,,,,,
where can i get some "de-oxit 5"
i mentioned it one fellow and said he never
heard of it..must be one of them there solid state only fellers
also i need to clean up a chassis i bought ,looks like
micky mouse and his friends had a party on it
what should i use,
