Seneca torubles

[Chuck Penson]

A friend of mine has a Seneca that is giving him some trouble. There is
a relay that when energized, grounds the center tap of a transformer to
provide HV for the transmitter.

Problem is, the relay chatters and arcs when energized. Any suggestions?
