SB-102 transmitter question

Hi all;

     My SB-102 has developed a problem when transmitting.  While watching
the output on my SB-610, I can see the transmitter break into oscillation.
 The person at the other end of my QSO says it's like I stopped talking in
mid-sentence.  Has anyone else seen this and have a solution to fix this?
