HL-2200 Dilemma

Folks, I have a dilemma, and I'd really appreciate your help.

I have become the owner of a very partially built HL-2200 2Kw
amp.(SS-9000 styling, two 3-500Zs, etc.)

The previous owner began construction, did about 10-20% on the work,
moved, and never got around to finishing the unit. It has just been
sitting around for almost 15 years. The work that has been done on the
unit looks good, and all of the parts appear to be there, but 15 years
of shelf sitting (or being moved from shelf to shelf) have caused a few
slight scratches to the front panel and gotten the rest a little dirty.
If I finish the kit, it will probably come up as 9.5-9.8/10

Now for the dilemma. I really don't need a 2KW amp, but I just couldn't
let this thing sit on a shelf forever or go to a yard sale.

Should I
a) build it and worry later about keeping it or selling it;
b) sell the kit as is; or
c) part it out to those needing HL-2200/SB220 parts (this is the
mercenary way to go).

I'd appreciate your opinions. Please email me directly, and I'll post a
summary if the responses warrent.

Thanks for the bandwidth
