Depends.  A low pass filter will do very little to help with RFI problems
caused by fundamental overload.  Even a theoretical perfect low pass
filter will do nothing to help with this type of RFI because the
TV/Telephone/Stereo/Blender is improperly responding to the powerful
fundamental signal.
