Low Output HW-101

I also have the problem of low output on my HW-101 on 40 and 80 meters,
however it is only after it warms up for 30 minutes or so. When I first
turn it on I can get approx 110 W out on 40 M and approx 120 W on 80 M with
the CW filter in. I have all the Heath Service Bulletins installed. The
output is fine on 20-10 meters, CW filter in and out, but on 40 meters and
somewhat on 80 meters after warm up with the CW filter in the power drops
down to about 50 Watts and with the phone filter in it drops to about 90
Watts on 40 M. I normally crank down the drive to 100 W even though it
will put out the higher power. Measuring the RF voltage out of the CW
filter and phone filter shows the CW filter has about 1/2 the voltage of
the phone filter. I am using 6146Bs neutralized per the service bulletin
(disconnect plate and screen Voltage and tune neutralizing cap).

The part that drives me crazy is that once I take it out of the case and
try and trouble shoot, the power quickly goes back up to what it should be.
Obiviously I have a heat problem, but I can't find it. Has anyone else
run into this problem and possibly a solution.
