Help on SB101 Shaft Coupler

Is this a great group or what? Yesterday I appealed for a source of shaft
coupler for my SB101 and the responce was wonderful. I got two offers of a
coupler from their junkbox for the price of my mailing address, one offer to
make one if I would send the dimensions and a great "Hint" of a source -
which I've taken the liberty of copying below.
