Dan-

I'm still looking for my GC-1000 too. In the meantime, I picked up Radio
Shack's nifty little WWV radio clock for $40 (it's made by Oregon Scientific).
Have you seen it? It's very nice, and works like a champ.

However, it doesn't give you an RS-232 input to a computer. For accurate
computer time, Advanced Beacon Wizard (freeware) has a feature where you can
click a single button and update your computer clock over the Internet using
NIST.

I don't have the URL handy, but if you look up "Beacon Wizard" on Altavista,
it'll pop right up.

73,

Rob, W3DX
