SA-2060 Paint

Friends O' the Green,

Happy GREEN Day, let's fire 'em up!  I just purchased a 2060 Antenna Tuner.
The black case needs repainting.  Any suggestions for the correct removal
method of the old, and any ideas as to the best paint and method to match the
original?  Thanx so much.  Erik.
