Old Semiconductors, Heath and Otherwise

Hi Folks,

Tried this awhile ago and was very happy with the response - so here goes
again.
I'm a collector of early semiconductors, transistors from the early to mid
50's, IC's for the early to mid 60's, and also other unusual semi's, like
Tunnel Diodes and point Contact transistors.  Any brands, including Heath
would be considered.
