Wanted: Heathkit SA-2060 Tuner Parts

I just acquired an unassembled SA-2060 tuner but unfortunately it is missing
a few parts.  Does anyone have any of these parts or recommendations for a
source?  Thanks and 73, gary

48 #8 fiber washers
16 #10 fiber washers
roll of glass cloth tape for wrapping the Toroidal cores
roller contact
11 feet of Teflon insulated wire
nylon gear for the inductor counter
2 1-1/4" black knobs
3 2" block knobs
counter
2 toroidal cores
