SB-102 Low Output

I ran into the same problem.   I found the cable from the Carrier
Oscillator 12AU7A on my HW-101 (the HW-101 is just a scaled down SB-102,the
circuitry is the same) was capacitively loading down the Carrier
Oscillator.  The solution was simple I just took the output of the Carrier
Oscillator off throught a 220 pf capacitor then a 22K ohm resistor in
series to the coax center conductor.  Good Luck
